Overview:You will handle incoming calls, maintain attorney calendars, and prepare legal correspondence. In addition, you’ll coordinate meetings, handle billing records, and communicate with clients to facilitate a smooth office workflow.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with basic legal terminology

  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus)
